Preschool Enrollment for the 2024-25 School Year
密歇根 Great Start Readiness Program 学前教育, 全国排名第一, is available in Kent County and beyond at more than 90 locations in school buildings and community-based organizations. And the best news is that this high-quality 学前教育 program for 4 year-olds is free for most families!
Enrollment for fall 2024 begins March 1, 2024.
Most locations will provide 学前教育 Monday-Thursday during the school year. Some locations will provide Monday-Friday 学前教育.

Who is Eligible for uedbet官网ISD's GSRP?
There are two requirements to be eligible for Great Start Readiness Program 学前教育.
- 年龄: Children who turn 4 by December 1, 2024 are eligible. Children who turn 4 before September 1 and meet income level requirements, will get first priority.
- Income Level: Eligibility is ranked on a sliding income scale:
- Families of four with an annual income of approximately $90,000 or less qualify for free pre-school. See the sliding scale here.
- Families making more than $90,000 will be charged a small fee, but are still eligible for GSRP 学前教育.
*Families who are experiencing homelessness or children in foster care do not need completed 学前教育 files.
What You Will Need to Enroll
The following documentation is required:
- 出生证明 - copy of legal birth certificate, 护照, 医院记录, baptismal record or other government form
- 收入证明 -所得税表格, W-2, 工资存根, 失业, written statement from employer, foster care reimbursement, SSI文档, 孩子的抚养费, 赡养费或退休金
- 居住证明 - driver's license with current address, 当前水电费账单, 租金收据, tax bill or land contract
- 免疫接种记录 or signed waiver from the Health Department
